Level 1: A basic flow-style yoga class, covering the foundational postures such as standing, forward folding, bridge and Warriors. This class is for beginners and people returning to the practice after a while, and will therefore be centred on details such as grounding the hands and feet and correct and safe alignment. Starting with a chosen breathing technique, the class will involve a warm-up before gentle sun salutations and postures with variations given. Always svasana to end the class.

Level 2: Fun and challenging Vinyasa Yoga class consisting of Pranayama, warm-up, sun salutations, a combination of standing, back bending, twisting and forward bending postures. Towards the end of the class students work on inversions (headstand for example) and a lead-mediation. This class is for students with Yoga experience and/or a willingness to flow, learn and transform.

General: This is a Hatha Yoga class where all students are welcome, a mixture of flowing and long-held postures.


All classes are booked in 6 week blocks. This has proven the best way to do yoga as it starts to become part of your daily or weekly routine and the benefits can be felt more readily. Best method of payment is bank transfer, with your name as a reference.

    Just wondering if its ok to come along tomorrow eve. I have done some yoga but not sure if I am advanced enough for this class . I would struggle to make a tues class .
